Quick switch between workbook sheets in Excel

Is there a quick way to swith beetween workbook sheets like an alt-tab between windows? I really could use it.

Microsoft Excel 2003
 
Between open WorkBooks:
[tab][ignore][Alt] + [Tab][/ignore]

Scroll through WorkSheets:
[tab]Scroll to the right: [ignore][Ctrl] + [Page Down][/ignore]
[tab]Scroll to the left: [ignore][Ctrl] + [Page up][/ignore]

[tab][red]The plural of anecdote is not data[/red]
