Quick Start Box not as an option 1

I am using clarion 5.0 on Windows Me and every time I start a new application I dont have the quick start box on the New Application Menu as an option to check or uncheck, by default starts with the Quick Start Wizard, Why? Thanks...

I Don't know if this trouble is cos' the ME, but you can change it in
Clarion's Menu->Setup->Application Options->Application Wizard
