Quick Reports Key Sequence -- HELP !!

Just moved and cannot find manual for quick reports.
I am using Delphi 5 an qrpts 3.0.7
I need the key sequence for the pop-up of a qrsysdata object
used as a 'report title'

I'm trying to develop some reports in Quick Reports and want to dynamically create bands and then create labels. The code I've found in the help manuals seems to work when you run the report without a "preview" command. However, when the report preview is coded, nothing appears on the report, not even a hard coded band.

Also, I've tried to dynamically substitute band names to do an addprintable and although the reports accepts the code, it does not produce results. If I put the actual name of the band, it works.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
