quick reminder on call queing?

Its been a long week already, and trying to work while fighting injury is fun.

Anyway, can someone remind me how I can send a call off to VM Pro when all the users in the group have "hunt group enabled" turned off?? right now it still ques the call.
 
Out of my brain that isn't possible directly. One option could be to overflow immediately if no agent is available. Into a sequential group with a virtual user pointing to a VM short code.

IIRC Avaya wanted to implement an option to disallow the last user to log out of a hunt group. But I don't know if the did that or not.

Nevertheless, it must be the responsibility of the end users to avoid such a situation. The last user could i.e. set the group OOS with a valid call handling for that situation.

I should clarify that I am not using any type of Call Center or Contact Center applications. This is just a basic hunt group using collective ringing.
