Hello everyone --

I'm trying to get my head around many of the new objects, and am having a tough time finding a good source for object methods, properties, etc...

For ASP, anything I ever wanted to know was all at devguru. Easy to navigate... well organized. Just click the object you want to know about, and all the properties and everything are right there. Click again for code sample.

Is there anything that comprehensive out the for the .NET framework yet, or are we relegated to the mindless searching of MSDN for useful info? Or am I missing the "good stuff" at MSDN, or what?

Drilled down links to useful and pointed information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! :)

Hey Paul,

check out They have alot of good information, and links to alot of really good websites committed to .NET
(like dotnetjunkies, gotdotnet, etc.)

They aren't anything like CodeGuru's listing, but they still have alot of really good info.

:)

Jack, is there somewhere where they have an object listing? I haven't spent hours or anything, but the best I could find was tutorials walking through the most basic of tasks, but what I'm looking for is like a complete list of properties/methods associated with these new objects.

I've been to that site, gotdotnet, dotnetjunkies, etc... and have been more or less disappointed with my findings. Again, just the tutorials that give you a sampling of properties and such.

Am I just missing the meat of it? Can you point me to a particular page in there where I might find what I'm looking for, or is it just too early in the game?

thx -
paul

Oh man, I TOTALLY remember seeing something like that. It might have been in a book at home. Not sure if it listed alot of info on it, but it at least showed the relationships with the classes.

If I find it, I'll post it here. You have this post on email alert?

Jack

Yes, of course. Much appreciated.
