When I try to publish as a quicktime movie it is telling me that the version of quicktime installed does not have the handler to support this type of macromedia flash movie.

What does this error mean and how do i fix it..

MX and Quicktime 6..

Export from Flash as QT only supports a Flash 4 SWF track, meaning a lot of Flash 5 or Mx actionscripts are not supported.

See these for more info:


...Flash MX also imports QuickTime 5 movies (or earlier) for export as QuickTime 5 containing a Flash 4 SWF track. In this situation, the ActionScript is limited to the capabilities of a Flash 4 SWF, which is also true when using Flash 5 for this process...
