i have pool, elevator and gym room phones that is being forwared to the operator using a 2250, they in turn forward the 2250 to a set of 2008's that share the scr 7216, when the pool, elevator, and gym phones hot dial to the operater, and then forwards to the set of 2008's they only receive the number and not the name information, they see:

"Operator 0
# that is calling"

please advise,
-m.

Post the TNB of The 2008's.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

The CLS of the phones is most likely DNDA Which is Dialed Number Display Allowed or 'show me who they called"

Set the CLS to DNDD, and you will see the callers number.

They already see the number, do not change the DNDA, post the TNB as requested earlier.

Sorry, TYPO

It is Dial NAME Display Allowed. If you set the receiving set to DNDD you will get what you want.

Scenario 6102 (BOB) calls 6105 (LISA) CFW to 6110

With DNDA on 6110 you will see (when it forwards)
LISA
6102 6105

With DNDD on 6110 you will see (when it forwards)
BOB
6102 6105

This is what DNDA/DNDD is for. No TNB is needed for this one.
