Quick question on making lines, line up

Hi peeps

My text box is set up using bullet points. I have a title at the top which is a different font style and size to the main body below.

The text box is also set up using two colums. When the main body reaches the bottom it naturally goes from the bottom of column 1 to the top of column 2, where the top of the text lines up with the title.

This messes things up because the bullet points in cloumn 1 no longer line up with those of column 2. I want them to start at/from the same height and subsequently line up thereafter.

Go to Object>Text Frame Options

On the Tabs: Basline Options

Change the way your first baseline sits, switch on the preview at the bottom

still does not work as all it seems to be doing is pusing both colums down but i want only the second column to go down.
