Hello ALL SuperTECH's.
Quick question what other simple features/applications does the Keycode for LAN CTE offer other than Outlook contact list intregration and Call Center applications?

It's a TAPI protocol, so some Sales programs can supply Screen Pops of customer info. Special PC Console applications, like Console.net.

It actually works to program sets. The desktop assistant Pro uses LAN CTE to allow an Admin to program phones without using element manager. Much faster I might add. So, add the LANCTE license, then when it shows up in Element Manager, go to the second tab Client Priveledges, add the Machine name of the computer you have Desktop Assistant Loaded on, then below add all sets that you wish to control with that software. Desktop Assistant Pro is on the BCM web page downloads.

And the outlook dialing is cool, it will also dial for ACT, and Microsoft CRM, as well as the free personal call manager.
