Hey guys, I have a bizarre issue with telemarketers getting through the auto attendant and selecting a TAC that which is overhead paging, after selecting dial by extension via the menu. We have tried changing the TAC but bogus calls are still getting through. Is there a way to restrict outside callers, like telemarketers, from accessing a certain TAC? I've discovered you can restrict inside employees from accessing TACs by manipulating the COR...but how about incoming callers?
