Quick Paging Question

Hey guys, I have a bizarre issue with telemarketers getting through the auto attendant and selecting a TAC that which is overhead paging, after selecting dial by extension via the menu. We have tried changing the TAC but bogus calls are still getting through. Is there a way to restrict outside callers, like telemarketers, from accessing a certain TAC? I've discovered you can restrict inside employees from accessing TACs by manipulating the COR...but how about incoming callers?

do you know the numbers of these people?

you could simply turn dial access of on the trunk group , as long as people in house don`t require it .

you have already said the solution. set the cor on the trunks so that it is not allowed to call the cor of overhead paging, do the same on the cor of the overhead paging that it cannot take a call from the trunk group.
