quick newbie question

just out of college, so i'm completely clueless to real world applications. i was wondering if i developed tools for a website using c# under visual studio .net will the clientside require the installation of the .net framework on their computer? (hopefully this question makes sense)

The .NET Runtime, and Yes, of course. That’s like asking, if you write a Windows program will the client need Windows installed to run it [wink]
