Quick launch

I am unable to restore the quick launch taskbar. I have gone through the MS steps and have verified that the quick launch folder is present in the proper location. When I try and choose it from the taskbar menu; I get the message "Cannot Create Toolbar." Does anyone know if their is an associated system file for the quick launch program? I have run the "Error Check" program and found no errors. I have even run various programs that re-create the quick launch folder to no avail. I have no idea what I have done, but it sure has me stumpled!

The great Doug Knox has a tool to fix this, not sure if you have tried this yet.

Also follow the steps in faq779-5240 as Spyware/Malware is often the cause of this problem
