Quick Launch Bar - Change Size Automatically

HI,

I am not sure if this can be done by script or an ADM template but I thought I would ask the question

I have a set of standard Quick Launch Icons I copy to users profile on logon via script.

I am getting an issue where the icons do not all fit and them little arrows appear.

Does anyone know of a way to change the length of the quick launch bar automatically for all users?

This is for a Windows Server 2003 so a fix for XP will also work
