Quick Imported Pictures Query

When designinga new FrontPage page, could someone please tell me why I have lost the ability to see imported images in the 'normal' view of FrontPage but they are there in the 'preview' view? All I can see in 'normal' now is a square with a red x in it!

I have imported the image correctly and as I say, if I switch to 'preview' mode I can see it. But it is obviously hindering my ability to create any modifications (thumbnail, transparent) to the image.

I found if you save the page and close it, then reopen it it all comes out just fine. ;-)

It's Bill's, who really knows why?
