Queworx position in Queue and Callback offer

From what I can tell in Queworx and documentation the Queue Depth and Callback are tied together and offered when CCWX is set to play IVR Announcement 1 in the CCV. I cannot find anything on NECNTAC that gives the description of announcements 1-9. It just states that custom announcements are 10 and above. Is there any documentation on announcements 2-9? We are trying to give the position in queue @ 45 secs and then start offering callbacks @ 1:45. I have tried setting the min time on callback to 1min 45 sec in Queworx, but when the CCV plays IVR Announcement 1 @ 45 secs it is still offering the callback.
