Hi,

i was wondering, does anoyone know where i can find a program called "apqueue" for sco openserver 5??
I believe it is used for executing specific programs/scripts at certain days or at a certain time.
At my work they are using it on their server.
I think it's developed in 1999 or so.
Can anyone help? Or does anoyone know where to find a replacement for this program?
Can't i use crontab? and why does my company not use that?

tnx

Don't know much about it, but I think it is a C++ subset.
I would think that you could use crontab, but like I said I don't know much about apqueue, maybe you can ask someone at your work if there is an advantage to using apqueue as opposed to crontab. Or if you have the time do an internet search on it.

Are you sure it's "apqueue" and not the "at queue"? man at will tell you more about it. Annihilannic.
