I am working on a BCM 3.7 with POTS. Is there a way to que calls if the two DN's that the office is using (221,222) are busy. Thanks Justin

You can add more Intercom keys to the set and the call will ring on the next key giving you a chance to answer it.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Build a hunt group that answers the line.and assign the sets to it.

u can leave do not disturb unticked in capabilitirs and preferences and the calls will rin on your set when on a call or use a hunt group.

Cook1082's suggestion is what I use; however no message can be played. They'll need a contact center if they want a message played when a call is in queue. Also, be aware that when the calls are sent to a hunt group, the call forwardin path is specified in the HG programming, not in the setr programming.
