Queues not reconnecting

Posted about this before. Remote NW5 server over 56K link trying to connect to print queues on local NW5 server. NWAdmin says NDPS is down when in fact it is up. Get error 305, cannot view printer details in NWAdmin. Tried evrything but still nothing. I do get -625 communication errors with this server, would this attribute to the problem? Any other ideas?

The 56k link certainly will not help matters. Does this remote NW5.1 server have replicas on it? Why don't you set up the remote printers on the remote server? Would make sense? -----------------------------------------------------

Yes it does have replicas. Cannot set up queues on the remote server because the reason we have them is because users use Citrix to connect here from there and need to send jobs from an old FoxPro App to a queue here which should then be serviced by a printer there. Confused yet?

Why don't you have two queues? One on your home server, one on the remote server? They can service the same printer? -----------------------------------------------------
