Queueing not working with remote site VM Pro

I have a hunt group setup on site(A)IP Office with queueing turned on and voice mail off and no users in group when the call comes in it just rings never go to the queue. If I setup the same type test at site (B) the queing works perfectly. The only difference is that site (B) has the VM Pro server on site.

Yes ... that's the way it works in SCN. No queueing on hunt groups.

Is site A using centralized Voicemail Pro on site B?

In this case you won't get any queue messages. Queueing don't work on centralized VM on remote site.
 
Yes we are using centralized VM, is there a way around this issue or will I need to install VM at my site (A).
 
What you have is queuing but no announcements to the queued callers. Sadly as said this is standard for remote sites in an SCN.

Wait patiently for 4.0 (big changes to queuing and announcements). Centralized VMPro is the only supported option in an SCN. That will still be the case with 4.0 but hopefully much improved.
 
If you don't need the SCN signaling you can install a VM on site A to get queue announcements.
