queueing issue 3

I am running 10.1.0.4.0 Build 7 IPO and same for voicemail pro. I have a group setup to collective goes to VM after 300 sec. I am trying to have two Queued messages first on plays after 10 secs the Queued start point goes to a Generic start point plays the message works.For the second they want a message with a press 1 option for VM of the hunt group. If you don't press 1 it wont play hold music after the message or replay the message after 20 secs? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

For the Still Queued action, use a Menu, Touch Tone 1 goes to a Leave Mail action for the group's mailbox, and remember to check the box for Timeout (don't connect timeout to anything)

Or connect timeout to a disconnect point. For queued and still queued start points the disconnect block will dump the call back into the queue not drop the call.

In all fairness Disconnect actually never disconnects the call, it's just not logical to use it unless you actually want to show that the call is disconnected.

Qzwsa- The disconnect is what made this work. I put the caller back into the queue. I appreciate all the suggestions. Thanks again! Chris

Seriously, the disconnect does nothing, nice you got it to work but it would even without the disconnect, it's just a visual representation that it exists VM
The Timeout is what made it work as pointed out by TouchToneTommy. If it goes to a disconnect or nothing doesn't matter.
