Queueing and transfer out

have a magix 3.0 with merlin mail. right now they have a number that rings on several phones and then to vm if not answered. they would like calls to go to a queue and then give the callers the option to either hold or leave a message. is that possible on this system?

If the messaging is 2.5 or above you can create delayed announcements on the last four ports of the messaging. It also depends on how the lines are ringing on the sets, if its group calling your ok to do this.
