Queueing after agent tosses call 1

Just trying to get a little clarification after some local discussion here. IF an agent puts themselves into not ready after a call lands on their set, and bounces the call back into queue...does the call go to the back of the line or stay in front?

It goes to the head of the line to be answered by the next available agent.
