I am looking for the best way to queue a call that gives priority to this call.
Example: There is a call transfered externally, but if it is not the correct type of call, it is transfered back in, I would like to give this call a greater priority because of the customer waiting for such a long time and override the calls that are queued to that skillset.
I have an idea but i want to see if there is a better way.
