Yesterday I was informed that no one was receiving E-Mails.

After looking in Exchange System Manager, Tools, Message Tracking, checked on the server for E-Mail that specific day, and saw 30 - 40 E-Mails!! All had the same event information: -

SMTP: Message submitted to Advance Queuing
SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced Queuing
SMTP: Message submitted to categorizer

I am stumped at what has caused this. There has been no added software / hardware to the system and no changes!

Anyone possibly have an idea?

Thanks in advance

Scizo

this was ALL emails? or just emails sent from the internet?
also, were these messages sent directly to users, or to DL's? No NDR's? Turn up logging on the categorizer and see if you get an event in the logs...
