how can I add a speed dial button to the console ? I am using a PC W/SPM Programing any advise on how to add this feature . thx

You can add up to speed dials to the QCC by programming the QCC itself. You can create the Speed Dials for the QCC under LABELING of STANDARD SPM, but you can only put them on buttons at the QCC.

AT THE QCC:

You would press Menu, Directory, Personal Directory and then you have 4 choices:

"Enter New Put on Home
Edit Entry Delete Entry"

Enter New, allows you to do just that.

Put in a Name and a Number.

Put on Home, allows you to assign the Speed Dial to one of 8 buttons on the Big Screen of the MLX-20. (Then you get 2 pages, + the 3rd "page" allows you to look them up with a directory.)

I told you wrong about the number of buttons on each page, without setting one up, I beleive it is limited to either 4 or 6 per "page". The DLC has 8 per "page".

You can toggle through the pages by pressing "Next Page".
