Queue waiting routing messages grows

Hi guys,

sorry for may english but I had installed a italian version of SBS 2003 STD.

I had install sp1 of Exchange 2003 and Windows 2003
I had local domain and public domain setted
All work apparently OK but in the queue waiting routing I had all messages and not delivering any message.
I couldn't read some messages in OWA I had a HTTP 500 error and in Outlook 2003 I could read only the head message and anything else.
I didn't find any error messages in event log and if I stopped all services and restart the message some was delivered and some was deleted.

Have someone some suggestions for me.
