A new feature in BC12 is that you can have up to 3 calls on queue to a single extension. In BC11 and backwards you could only have 1 call on queue to a single extension.
I´m wondering if there is a way to remove the new feature. Some customers doesn´t want to have 3 calls on queue to the extension.
I haven´t found any settings in the MD110 to change this, maybe it must be an OMR, does anybody know the answer?
