Is it possible to queue a call to an agent who isn't logged in? What would happen to the call? I want it to sit there until the agent logs in.
 
It will just sit there until the agent logs on. Usually they recommend if you use a "QUEUE TO AGENT" command, you overflow it to a supervisor set or something after a specified amount of time so that the call doesn't go unanswered.
