queue reports not counting calls

I have 7 phones in 1 queue 6 are fine 1 of the phones when answering a call does not count the calls, stays at 0 in answered by day and hour in the
reports-queue report-realtime all the other info is fine
This is a new ucx 450,the phone is a 7310
This system uses all norstar phones they all use haedsets
 
Try deleting that phone from the queue, save, apply then add it back.
I can't test the stats since I don't have the qstats module installed.
