Hi,

We have a calling group 69 that is a most idle queue with two people in it.

69 overflows to 774 which includes 5 people in a linear queue.

If someone calls 69 and somebody is accidentally logged in, but not at their desk it will ring 6 times before going to the next person. If the next person is logged but doesn't pick up, the system will ring another 6 times before going to the next person.

Here are my questions:
1) How do I lower the number of rings it rings at each persons phone.

2) Is there a way to set it up so that if it reaches a certain amount of total time for how long the person on the other end has been waiting, that it goes to vm.

I know this is basic stuff, but I'm still learning.

Thanks.

I'm running Legend v7 r9, and from what i've read in the docs, they delay is always 30 seconds, and I have not found a way to change that.
