What's the easiest way to see a hunt group queue from a different IPO unit? They are all IP403 units. I need to be able to watch the que for a hunt group in a different office.

If you can pull up the call status for that IP Office at your desk, you can see who is queue'd up.

Sounds good and it looks like I can just hit "steal call" when I see someone.

I'll give this a try... thanks!

Steal call works in conjunction with phone manager only. It may work with soft console.

You could also have a user set up in the hunt group, set up that user, but only log into that user when you want the calls.

When I see a call come into the queue with call status I hit steal call and it says "Disconnected" after 1-2 seconds. I've tried it with phone manager and soft console. Anyone know why it would just say "disconnected" and not steal the call?

Also if I add a user to the hunt group at the remote office and then log into that user over here (with phone manager) how do I get the phone calls? Or did you mean login to the hunt group on the phone itself? I tried the latter but it won't let me because the hunt group is on a different IPO.

Is there some other way to do this? I just need to find some way to answer queue'd calls from a different IPO.

To steal the calls you would have to have a phone on your desk connected to that system. It won't steal calls from one system to another.

To get the calls, again you would have to have a phone on your desk connected to that system.

OR: get iPhone Manager (Softphone) licenses for each system and use that. You could use an IP Phone but would be a pain to reconfigure to each system.

OR2: Upgrade the lot to V4 and then you can have Remote Hot Desking. This would mean putting the 403's in the bin!!!

Softphone would be the easiest.

Fooball is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

If I go buy 5 iPhone Manager (Softphone) licenses, how do I import them? (What's the difference between this & Phone Manager Pro as it relates to my problem?)

Also, It looks like there is a Feature Key Server USB key that handles our current licensing. I'm unable to see how you add more to it or how more licensing gets imported etc.

Sorry, I mean to say I know how to add them into the IPO with Manager but I don't know how to import them into the feature key software on the PC.
