Has anyone ever programmed this. My setup is that I have 25 different numbers going to 25 different IVR's which is front ended by time conditions. All the IVR"S have an option to make a appointment. All appointment calls for all IVR's end up in the same queue. If a customer calls one of the IVR's DID number is it possible to get these calls answered first. I am using a dynamic queue.

I tried setting up a Queue Priorities selecting the IVR with a weight of 10 . Made no change, still at the end of the line to get answered.

I tried queue priorities quite some time ago - and as far as I remember, it works as it should. You need either have the inbound route for a DID routed to the desired Queue Priorities entry or the IVR selection routed to the desired Queue Priorities entry, which is then routed to the actual queue.

You can use the Asterisk CLI to see the list queues including waiting calls - to do that, you can use the command "queue show". When I setup my DID to go directly to a queue, I get the following line for my waiting call:
[pre] Callers:
1. SIP/voipms-00000004 (wait: 0:15, prio: 0)
[/pre]
When I setup my DID to go to Queue Priorities entry Priority1 (which sets the queue priority 1), the line for the waiting call is:
[pre] Callers:
1. SIP/voipms-00000005 (wait: 0:03, prio: 1)
[/pre]
As you can see, the queue application uses the priority 1 for the second call.

So, my recommendation is to use the "queue show" command to see if you have the routing of calls properly setup and if the priorities show correctly in the list of calls.
