I have queue-based printing installed on my Netware 5.1 SP6. I am trying to add supervisors to the queue so some of my assistants can delete jobs on the queue. I have tried to add them to the queue object as supervisor and also to the printer objects but it is not working. ANy suggestions?

Thanks so much!!

In the Print Queue object (not the Printer object or the Print Server object), add the user(s) in under the Operator tab. This should allow them to perform the actions you require.

I did that. I added my user as an operator and when she tries to go on the queue to delete or cancel jobs, she gets an error processing command message at the status bar of the window.
Is there anything else I could do to make sure she has access. I made her log off and back on to make sure that the settings were being applied to her account but no luck.

Thanks so much for your respond. It is the first time somebody responds to one of my threads.

You could get her to delete and reinstall the printer on the client? It may be on the client end that it is screwing up?
