Queue Position Fails - vmpro - IP Office SE

Hi all,

I've set up a PIQ group where I'm using recorded announcements and not system announcements. (Attached file with screenshots)

First it plays the message loaded in "Entry Notice", then it plays whenever the position in the queue is "zero", then the loaded announcement "after the position" and finally "ringback" is heard and it does not repeat the position in the tail

Could you help me see where I'm going wrong.

I think you should remove the "Transfer" module from the queue flow because you have already set it as a queue.
If you have set the queuing in the manager for that PIQ group you don't need to add anything after the queue module
