Ok, it seems that we were being used as a relay. I have now close this per info here and there (from the forum and such). And as far as I know we are not relaying per the ISP provider and such..
During the above and such I notice many entries inside this smtp virtual queue. Yes, they all failed but I want to clean them up (they were all remote retries).
I went back to SPAMCOP and they still reported the following?
