Hi All, I'll try to be brief..
We have recently upgraded our system from Xe to ERP 8.0. That is to say from the 7333 to 7334 environment. We have had developed reports and specific versions that permanently run on a 7333 queue, lets say QB7333. We cannot change all that reports from scratch, obviously, so we want to keep QB7333 queue along with the new QB7334 that has been recently installed. ( .INI files indicate both ). Well, no reports can be printed through QB7333 and the report remains 'Waiting' for ever.. Any ideas? The company representatives said the only way is to exclude QB7333 entirely from the system and rebuild the reports..hah!..

Assuming the QB7334 queue does work what does the Network Queue stanza on your enterprise server say. It should read something like:

UBEQueues=2
UBEQueue1=QB7334
UBEQueue2=QB7333

If number of queues is 1 having multiple queues defined won't help.

I'm pretty sure you still need to update the 98/JQ UDC to let the system know that QB7333 is a valid queue.
