Dear All,

kindly help in resolving this challenge. I'm configuring a new IPOCC but I get this message "The queue is full currently, please try again later" whenever I dial 7000 and press 1 for Topic 1.

What do you think might be wrong?

Well, that doesn't come by itself but it's something you programmed in the TaskFlow.

@Janni78, please how can I get this programmed?

It is not something that's there as default, unless you are using the example TaskFlows, which you should never do.

I highly recommend to get someone trained to program the IPOCC as it's not something as easy as they make you believe in the marketing material.
Doing so will allow your customer to get a much better experience with the system.

Thanks Janni78,

I was able to figure out the solution but I still that message if it's directed at OperatorGroup.
