Queue in PBX GROUP

Hi all,

I have one pbx group:
grp=1000
serv=1001
traf=15
que=2
dir=1200

Version: bc10

When 1200 is busy, the second call(internal or external) in pbx group is not receiv music on wait, only call tone.

A like receive music on wait.

It should work, according to your SERV xxx1. I think music on wait is only for external caller. Your parnum 177 should be equal to 0. Did you also check if you have music on hold source? //patcher

Music on wait and music on hold are not the same thing. Music on hold is provided on the first MOH port in the LIM, usually on possition B4 of the first TMU card in the LIM. Music on Wait is provided on the second MOH port in the LIM, either on B3 on the first TMU or B4 of the second TMU depending on how many MOH ports per TMU are set (this is set with ASPAC no 154).

It is possible to set music on wait to use the same HOH input as music on hold with ASPAC no 139.
