Hello - got a question about MTE. Is there any other way to limit a supervisor in MTE from viewing all queues in MTE? I know that it can be done by assigning a SPID to each agent phone then put that SPID Position ID in the Parameters of the Supervisor Definition. This requires me to go through all the phones and add or change their SPID to that position ID. Does anyone know an easier way to do this? Thanks!

Man, it has been a long time since I suppported MAX and MTE, but I think a supervisor can go in and select in their own view what queues to see. I think without the SPID assigned, they can either see one queue or all queues, nothing else.

I will be darned if I can remember where that is, but I think it is in the user profile for the supervisor, not the general view screen; in the same general area where a user sets their password and view details. Look at the headings for views when you get the main screen, where it shows options 1-14 (if you are an admin). I seem to remember an area where they can input the ACD queue number they want to view, possibly even multiple numbers.

Good luck, sorry I cannot be more specific help.

your right scott, but like you i turned off my last max almost a decade ago, i did make those changes on each of the supv terms so they could see just their agents, but that was 15 years or so back. i can barely remember last week
