Customer wants to have calls forward offsite, then any other calls queue till offsite line becomes free

Soopa Doopa Intergalactic IP Office installation mechanic and configuration corruptor from way back.

have you tried putting a phantom usere into a group, set to forward hunt group calls & then routing the inbound call to the group (with queing enabled)?

I already screwd my brain about it and did it with POT-Ports and external dailers.
You got a user in the huntgroup, and the port is call-forwarded bij the external dailer.
The huntgroup let the next call in que till the line is free.
This works but only for a small use.

If you use a phantom user the ip-office dont see the next call as busy and you don,t go in the que.

But maby somebody else now a nice way.

I would expect the phantom user to show busy if the external number is busy.

Check you do not have Voicmail or call waiting enabled.

when I get A quiet moment I will try to test
