Does anyone know if there is a way to make a supervisor's phone beep if a calls-waiting threshold level has been exceeded in an ACD queue? I have a DWC button programmed on their set, but their complaint is that it does not beep to alert them to a potential problem with backed-up calls for the ACD. The button will blink to indicate calls waiting however. Does anyone have any suggestions?
