Does anyone know if there is a way to make a supervisor's phone beep if a calls-waiting threshold level has been exceeded in an ACD queue? I have a DWC button programmed on their set, but their complaint is that it does not beep to alert them to a potential problem with backed-up calls for the ACD. The button will blink to indicate calls waiting however. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Use wall boards with audio, we use them for calls waiting

we have those, but at 2500 GBP they are not cheap
