I am replacement for some exchange administrators and I am gathering questions to ask them. I am trying to get any and everything that might help me transition the exchange services from them. The current version running is Exchange 5.5. In this case there is no such thing as a stupid question. Any help would be greatful. Thanks.

Questions to ask for an Exchange 5.5 administrator transition.

Get all the passwords and get a 'topology' of how the server is set up. You should be able to get in and figure out the rest... Since they obviously didn't keep good documentation (hence, you need to ask THEM questions for a transition) they probably wouldn't have answers off the top of their head anyway, or they might give you wrong answers. Might as well look it up yourself!
