Upgraded application server from 9.1.5 to 11.0.1.8. I have left the Contact Recorder migration to Media Manager process running overnight, however after 12 hours, the process is only 29% complete. Please can anyone help to advise whether this is normal, or am I doing something wrong?
In addition, on following the process to backup the 9.1 Contact Recorder Database, it is not clear from the manuals whether this database should be restored to Media Manager.
