Hello Guys,
I have recently designed a call flow and its configured on PBX successfully. Now need to add VDNs, SKills and Agents to CMS Supervisor. I'm not experience on Avaya CMS supervisor, I do have access to CMS supervisor but my colleague who does the CMS work is on vacation and its my turn to do the work.
