Questions on Avaya CMS Supervisor

Hello Guys,

I have recently designed a call flow and its configured on PBX successfully. Now need to add VDNs, SKills and Agents to CMS Supervisor. I'm not experience on Avaya CMS supervisor, I do have access to CMS supervisor but my colleague who does the CMS work is on vacation and its my turn to do the work.

Need help on Steps to add a agent on CMS Supervisor ?
Need help on Adding VDNs to CMS supervisor ?
Need help on Adding skills to CMS supervisor ?

 
All done in the dictionary. Make sure all objects are measured though.
 
Thank you for your help! I was able to add everything in dictionary. How can we make sure that all objects are measured ? can you help on it?
 
The 'Measured' field should be set to either external or both.

 
For the Skills (Hunt Groups) look at tab 2 (if using ASA). You'll see a measured field, set to external or both. For the VDNs the measured field is on the first tab.
