Questions/Comments on Perfect Voice Office Pro V 3.51.76

I am currently working at a location running Perfect Voice Office Pro. I am noticing several Bugs in the system and the tech seems unwilling or unable to help me find errors. Does anyone else have this problem, it is not making Call Notifications, taking too long to do a supervised transfer. Anyone else have problems suggestions on this issue.

I don't know the office pro system at all, but generally...(pls take with how ever much salt you wish :))

Call notifications - are they to external (off-site) numbers? if so, check that the VM ports have got the correct class of service to allow external calls

Supervised transfer - I would check the call progress tones to ensure that the VM recognises a the transferis complete

Somewhat vague, I am afraid..

Matt, thanks for the information, the call Notifications are offsite numbers. Right now the work most of the time. I do not have access to the phone system.
