Think that,
5340 is a digital extension located in 3-1-40-02
5440 is a digital extension located in 4-0-40-02

5652 is an ACD group configured in LIM 6

There are TMU cards on ,
lim6 magazin 0
lim6 magazin 1
lim4 magazin 1
lim3 magazin 1
lim8 magazin 0

Question1 When the ext.5340 calls the ACD group 5652 , which TMU card will be active for music on wait?

Question2 When the ext.5340 calls 5440 and ext5440 makes the call on hold, which tmu card will be active?

Question3 When the extension 5340 makes a PSTN call, through a TLU76 trunk (i.e. TLU76 is configured on LIM9), which TMU will be used for ring tone?

Question4 When 5340 & 5440 and the PSTN side is in conference call, (5440 is conf leader), 5340 makes the call on hold, which TMU card will be active?

Thanks for the answers.

Rgrds.

Hello,
Make CTDEI during these traffic cases and you will see which TMU is connected to extension.

Q1 and Q2 and Q3: TMU in LIM3, Q4: not sure

Note: If TMU is needed for any reasons, than the port (trunk or ext.) will always linked to the TMU in own LIM.

PetrNik is right. Trace it. CTDEI or CTCOP the caller and see which TMU is connected.
