Hello,

I would like to create a questionairre to send to various departments in the organisation. This must be done in electronic form, the user will recieve the email from me, open the attachment, complete the questions and send the document back as an attachment.

I have played around using checkboxes etc. in VBA, but this doesn't seem the ideal solution as many users may have the macro security on high (therefore opening the document in design view).

Any suggestions or places to find info would be helpful, thanks.

Do you have to use office? Could you possibly do this in HTML, and send them a link?

I need to use office......we considered HTML but not all respondants have internet access (but do have email!!).

Hi,

i could be wrong here, but imho you do not need internet acces for you to be able to use HTML

Well spoken Mikeb1970! It sounds like you have Intranet, not Internet... Is this correct? Are the recipients recieving the emails from a exchange server in their domain?
