Hi.. need help in explainin the following.. what does this counters mean.. 1. bad hop 2. encapsulation failed 3. no route 4. not a gateway

my int eth0 is ARPA.. my int se0 is HDLC

my router is cisco 1600.. 10Mbps/Half duplex fixed.. i can't changed them..

and also, my deffered counters are increasing.. i dont have excessive collisions or late collisions..

there is no problem with the serial link.. counters are all clean...
