I have a form on my site that is filled out by the customer

The problem i am having is that when i want to reply to the email and insert the original send email that works of BUT outlook does not insert the email adress.I am sure there is something to fix that problem i have tryed different thing but to no avail.

Here is the email line from the form not the whole thing
