Is there a way to paste a form in the message part of a email in outlook so i do not have to retype the same thing everytime but be able to add type to it when i send a letter to a customer
 
If you're talking about having a word document and have it in the email section and not as an attachment.

in word goto FILE/send to and you'll see 3 options. one of those is what i think you're after.
